Silicone Mixing Machine Structure Introduction

1. This machine is mainly composed of a body frame. Frame, roller, drive gear and chain reduction. Motor and other components. The roller is made of chilled cast iron. The workpiece surface has high hardness and wear resistance after grinding. The roller is hollow inside and the water system is filled with water. The transmission part of the machine is driven by the hard gear surface reducer motor located outside the machine base, driving the back roller to turn through the transmission gear, and then driving the front roller through a pair of speed ratio gear installed on the left end of the roller to make the front and back rollers rotate at different speeds in relative directions.
